Maximizing monthly webinars using Seamless.ai, Eventbrite, and Riverside.fm

Step 1: Target Contact Acquisition with Seamless.ai

Use Seamless.ai, a tool that enables us to efficiently scrape lists of target contacts relevant to our webinar topics. We hired someone overseas to help us create the contacts lists. We have two seamless.ai accounts that allow us to scrape up to 1,000 profiles every 24 hours, so we rotate between the two Seamless.ai accounts daily. Similarly to our Blog Content we created a process in Trello and Slack for this with our contractor overseas.

In the last six months alone, we've sent 200K emails. See the results below:

Step 2: Utilizing Eventbrite for Outreach

Once we have our contacts list, we will upload their email addresses to Eventbrite. This platform allows us to email up to 6,000 people per day without the risk of being blacklisted by email service providers like Gmail. By leveraging Eventbrite's domain for our outreach, we ensure our webinar invitations reach the inboxes of our targeted audience, maximizing our visibility and signup rates.

Step 3: Further webinar reach by publishing and distributed on LinkedIn

LinkedIn events can be another way (in addition to Eventbrite) to distribute your webinar to your LinkedIn connections and followers. Here is a hack to invite up to 1,000 attendees per week in bulk to your LinkedIn Event.

Step 4: Integration with HubSpot for Marketing Automation

As new attendees sign up for our webinars, we automatically add them to a dedicated marketing list inside HubSpot. This integration is crucial for nurturing our leads through automated processes. Attendees are added to our bi-weekly newsletter and receive teaser emails designed to encourage further engagement, such as signing up for Hifive or scheduling a demo with our sales team.

Step 5: Hosting the Webinar on Riverside

Our webinars are hosted on Riverside.fm, a platform that allows us to deliver high-quality, interactive sessions to our audience. Typically, around 200 attendees register for our webinars, with 100-125 actively joining the live session.

Step 6: Converting Attendees into Leads and Customers

The ultimate goal of our webinars is to convert attendees into leads and customers. On average, out of the 250 registrants, we close 1-2 deals directly and build a pipeline with 5-10 prospects. This success rate highlights the importance of webinars as a lead-generation channel.

Step 7: Post Webinar Content Creation

One of the main reasons we use Riverside.fm is its ability to create transcribed video shorts that we can later distribute on LinkedIn and Twitter. We found that shorter, punchier content gets much higher views and engagement than longer-form content.
