Objective: The Weekly Company All-Hands is a cornerstone of our internal communication and collaboration efforts. These meetings serve as a platform for the entire company to come together and share updates, insights, and achievements across all departments including Go-to-Market, Product, Engineering, and Design.

✅ Agenda:

• Team Progress Updates: Each team presents their progress, highlighting key developments and milestones reached in the past week.

• Addressing Roadblocks: A forum to discuss any challenges or obstacles encountered, fostering an environment where solutions can be collaboratively identified.

• Sharing Learnings: An opportunity to share valuable insights and learnings acquired through our work, contributing to the collective knowledge and growth of the team.

• Celebrating Wins: Recognition of achievements, big or small. Celebrating our wins is crucial in maintaining a positive and motivated team culture.

🏝️ Offsite Meetings

Frequency: At least once to twice per year.

Purpose: Our offsite meetings are integral to strengthening team bonds and enhancing our collaborative spirit. These face-to-face gatherings are designed to facilitate deeper connections, strategic planning, and rejuvenation of our team's collective energy.
